We’re traditional and tech savvy office administrators, personal and executive assistants, who happen to only operate online. You can speak to us over the phone or on Skype, you can correspond with us over email, SMS or through the online office that we set up for you. We primarily handle virtual requests but can also help coordinate in-person tasks like house cleaning, delivering packages, event coordination and more through our vetted network of professionals.

How do you manage my inbox?
There are a few ways we can manage your email inbox that we’ll discuss together and then provide you with the best solution for your requirements.
What hours do you work?
Our contact hours are AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Times) 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Limitless VA works to various timetables, so please feel free to send us tasks anytime, day or night. However, please also understand that we may not respond to you out of hours.
What about holidays?
We observe all major holidays. In the event that you have an urgent task that falls on a holiday, we simply ask that you communicate this with us in advance so we can plan accordingly. If an urgent issue arises, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Will you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes, we would be more than happy to sign a confidentiality agreement.
How do I interact with my Limitless VA?
Treat us as you would your assistant at the office. Give a clear and detailed description of your task or request and also provide any guidance you have (data sources, people to call, etc.) on how to go about executing the task. We will always do our best to complete your task or request, but please keep in mind that there’s generally a minimum base level of information on the request that needs to be communicated to us, so please ensure we have detailed information on your requirements upon assigning any tasks.
Is only one person doing my work?
Limitless VA’s are supported by a team of specialists that have expertise in various fields such as Internet research, data entry, travel, document editing, social media, copy-writing etc. and depending on the assignment, two people or more might be working on it. This however does not affect your cost. By engaging Limitless VA you will liaise directly with Maria as your dedicated Virtual Assistant.
How much notice do I have to give in order to stop service?
You can cancel service at any time by emailing or calling us before your next billing cycle begins.
Can I share my membership / hours with other people?
The plans can be shared by a team member or spouse for a small fee and you must advise us in writing.
Can people sign up who are outside of Australia?
Yes, we currently service members from around the world but our requests must be English based.
How often do you invoice me?
We will invoice 30 days in arrears, however some of our clients request a 14 day payment cycle. This will be agreed upon prior to commencing work. If a pre-paid package is purchased we request that the money reaches our account before we commence work with you.
What are my payment options?
At the moment payment options are either via electronic funds transfer or PayPal – the details you need will be on your invoice.
