Your business administration assistant, Maria, has studied with several of the world’s leading experts for online business strategies and internet marketing.
Maria has more than eleven years experience in office management and executive/personal assistant roles, working alongside company directors, business managers, and entrepreneurs in small, medium and large, global and local organisations. Has a strong track record managing a busy workload within tight deadlines. Worked in and has knowledge of a range of industries, including finance, horticulture, hospitality, retail and transportation. In addition to this, Maria has seven years experience in starting-up and operating her own small business, giving her a unique insight into this space.
Maria’s passion is simplifying and streamlining processes. All too often businesses have too many complicated and time-consuming processes in place. Many businesses also use out-dated systems which slow everything down, costing the business money. When asked why they continue doing things the old way, people generally respond, “Because that’s how it’s always been done”. Existing processes that are efficient should be maintained, but processes that waste time and resources should be reviewed and refined to increase business efficiency. We can audit your administration processes by surveying your current systems and if required, introduce and implement new processes for you.
